In 2025, the program will invite entrepreneurs aged 20 to 40 who operate in various sectors of the economy and whose products or services have demonstrated successful implementation and steady demand at the level of urban communities, individual regions, or nationwide
An international project aimed at enhancing joint activities of entrepreneurs and business associations in the fields of social, economic, and investment cooperation across the SCO member states
The International Youth Acceleration Program “SCO Business Incubator”
Goals of the SCO Business Incubator
Enhancing cooperation among young entrepreneurs from SCO member states by creating a platform for sharing experience and best practices
Attracting foreign investment to develop joint projects, implement innovative technologies, and create conditions for the sustainable growth of entrepreneurship
Identifying and supporting promising youth-led entrepreneurial projects, promoting their development across the SCO region, and facilitating their entry into international markets
Facilitating the creation of a favorable business climate for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially in innovative and high-tech sectors.
Strengthening ties between the academic community, business sector, and government institutions to promote the transfer of knowledge and technologies
Program participants will become part of a large community of successful entrepreneurs and investors from SCO member states
Participant age: from 20 to 40 years old
Individual entrepreneurs or companies whose product or service has already been successfully implemented at the city, regional, or national level and who operate in one of the SCO Business Incubator’s priority areas:

• Technical field (engineering, construction, fuel and energy complex, mechanical and machine tool engineering, etc.);
• Technological field (IT, communications, mass media, etc.);
• Natural sciences field (medicine and biology, biophysics and biochemistry, food and agricultural production, etc.);
• Creative industries (architecture, design, arts, advertising technologies, etc.)
The project demonstrates tangible results of commercial implementation in the participant’s country
The project includes innovative elements in its business model, products, services, or technological solutions, and has the potential to be competitive at the international level.
A clearly defined business scaling strategy with the potential to enter SCO member state markets, along with an understanding of the specifics of international cooperation.
